为了全面、客观地评估改革进程,中国(海南)改革发展研究院最近以《2006中国改革调查问卷》对360多位政府官员、专家学者进行了问卷调查。调查显示,对2006年中国的总体改革,只有8.36%的专家认为有重大突破;76.21%的专家认为总体上有所进展。专家们的普遍看法为,当前改革面临着巨大的压力与挑战,已经进入到以行政管理体制改革为重点的全面推进阶段,需要加大改革力度,实现改革新突破。
In order to evaluate the reform process in a comprehensive and objective manner, the China (Hainan) Reform and Development Institute recently conducted a questionnaire survey on more than 360 government officials and experts and scholars with the “2006 China Reform Questionnaire.” According to the survey, only 8.36% of experts considered a major breakthrough in China’s overall reform in 2006; 76.21% of experts think that overall progress has been made. Experts generally believe that the current reform is facing tremendous pressure and challenges. It has entered an all-round promotion phase focusing on the reform of the administrative management system. It needs to intensify the reform and make new breakthroughs in the reform.
