针对大浪淀水库的水质特点,研究了混凝沉淀-超滤工艺对该水源进行处理的去除效果及稳定性,并根据运行过程中跨膜压差变化确定了膜的清洗方式及参数。结果表明,该工艺对浊度、藻类、微生物的去除效率高,稳定性好,与传统工艺相比具有明显优势,可以节约高温高藻期的混凝剂及消毒剂投加量,但对有机物及氨氮去除效果优势不明显。为最大程度减缓膜污染速率,对超滤膜60 min进行一次物理性清洗,7 d进行一次维护性清洗,并根据跨膜压差及清洗后的膜通量恢复采取恢复性清洗。
According to the water quality characteristics of Dalangdian Reservoir, the removal effect and stability of the water treatment by coagulation and sedimentation - ultrafiltration process were studied. The cleaning methods and parameters of membrane were determined according to the changes of transmembrane pressure during operation. The results show that the process has high turbidity, algae and microorganisms removal efficiency, good stability, compared with the traditional process has obvious advantages, can save high temperature and high algae coagulant and disinfectant dosage, but the organic matter And ammonia nitrogen removal effect is not obvious. To minimize the rate of membrane fouling, a physical cleaning of the ultrafiltration membrane was performed for 60 min followed by a maintenance cleaning cycle for 7 days. Recoverable cleaning was performed based on the transmembrane pressure difference and membrane flux recovery after cleaning.
