有一辆BJ2021型吉普车,使用中发生了机油滤清器爆炸事故,经检查是由以下原因造成的:该车投入使用后,长期不更换机油,由于机油过脏,致使机油泵限压阀发卡,以致引起机油压力过高。另一方面,机油滤清器的旁通阀堵塞而无法开启,所以就造成了机油滤清器爆炸。
