HN是以肾小球基膜(GBM)上皮侧免疫复合物(IC)沉积和大量蛋白尿为特征的肾炎模型,与人类的膜性肾炎极为相似。作为经典的实验性IC性肾炎,HN数十年来被广泛地应用于肾炎各种病理生通过程的研究,本文就AN的研究概况作一简述。致HN的抗原抗原性质:Edgington等(1968)先发现抗原为肾近端管上皮细胞刷状缘(BB)上的一种高密度脂蛋白,沉降系数S20w为28.6,电泳在α区域,称RTEα5。用3微克此种抗原就足以产生典型的HN。Naruse等(1975)把粗制的肾小管上皮节段
HN is a nephritis model characterized by glomerular basement membrane (GBM) epithelial-side immune complex (IC) deposition and massive proteinuria and is very similar to human membranous nephritis. As a classic experimental IC nephritis, HN has been widely used in the pathogenesis of nephritis for decades. This article gives a brief overview of the study of AN. Antigens to HN antigen nature: Edgington (1968) first found that the antigen proximal renal tubular epithelial cell brush border (BB) of a high-density lipoprotein, sedimentation coefficient S20w 28.6, electrophoresis in the α region, said RTE α5 .
