本文报道使用均相配体交换法标记~(99m)锝-特丁基异腈(~(99m)Tc-TBI)的方法和步骤。该法标记方便,产额和放射化学纯度均大于90%,便于临床推广和使用。~(99m)Tc-TBI在大鼠血中清除较快,T_(1/2)α为3.7min,T_(1/2)β为63min,给药后1和2h的心/血比分别为62.2和48.7,心/肺比为3.7和4.0,心/肝比为0.85和0.81,给药后1、2和4h时每克小鼠心肌的百分吸收值分别为11.1±2.6%13.1±2.1%和12.8±1.5%。可见,~(99m)Tc-TBI是一种新型的、有希望的心肌显象剂。
This paper reports the method and procedure for the labeling of ~ (99m) technetium-tert-butylisocyanide (~ (99m) Tc-TBI) using a homogeneous ligand exchange method.
