在微处理机和GPIB接口进入电子仪器后,功率计和传统的功率测量技术经历着一场新的变革。现代测量技术的发展,如六端口技术,为功率测量开拓出许多新的应用领域。通过功率测量可以获得功率、衰减、增益、电压、电流、介电常数、相位角、复反射系数等参数。为了实现微波测量仪器的宽频带、多功能、高精度、快速自动化,国内外涌现出了一批新一代的功率计。表1列举了一些典型的产品。除频率范围外,功率探头主要介绍同轴型的性能指标,表中频率范围及美HP436A、HP438A的功率范围取决于所用的功率探头。
After the microprocessors and GPIB interface into the electronic instrument, the power meter and the traditional power measurement technology underwent a new revolution. The development of modern measurement technology, such as six-port technology, opens up many new applications for power measurement. Through the power measurement can get the power, attenuation, gain, voltage, current, dielectric constant, phase angle, complex reflection coefficient and other parameters. In order to realize the broadband, multi-functional, high-precision, fast automation of microwave measuring instruments, a new generation of power meters has emerged at home and abroad. Table 1 lists some typical products. In addition to the frequency range, the power probe is mainly introduced coaxial performance indicators, the table frequency range and the United States HP436A, HP438A power range depends on the power of the probe used.
