社会主义新农村村民政治意愿对农村基层民主政治建设有极其重要的意义。本文基于对基层民主政治建设开展较好的浙江省杭州市余杭区径山镇的部分农村的调查,从选举公平、决策科学、管理有序、监督有效四个方面对农村村民的政治意愿展开论述,以从总体上探讨社会主义新农村建设中村民政治意愿对基层民主政治建设的重要意义。
The political will of the villagers in the new socialist countryside is of great significance to the construction of democratic grassroots work in the rural areas. Based on the investigation of some villages in the town of Jianshan in Yuhang District of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, which is carried out well in the construction of grassroots democracy, the article discusses the political will of rural villagers from four aspects: fair election, scientific decision-making, orderly management and effective supervision So as to discuss the significance of the villagers’ political will in building a new socialist countryside to the construction of grassroots democracy at a general level.
