比较青、老年大鼠肝脏病理结构,并观察维生素E(VE)对老年大鼠肝脏的影响。结果显示,老化肝脏血窦明显扩张,肝细胞排列略显疏松,肝小叶中央静脉周围肝细胞排列紊乱。肝细胞的增龄性改变包括膜退行性变,胞浆内脂滴增多,细胞器(如线粒体)数量的减少和形态的改变等。线粒体的老化非同步进行,部分率先受损。其增龄性改变主要是嵴变短、空泡化和破裂;24月龄组线粒体的平均面积较6月龄对照组高47.5%,平均数目低33.3%。老年大鼠肝脏Kupfer细胞较青年组形态规则,微足略有减少,其它增龄性改变不明显。VE预用组老化大鼠肝脏各结构的以上增龄性改变明显减轻。提示大鼠老化进程中,肝脏结构发生明显的增龄性改变,VE对于肝脏老化进程中结构的变化具有明显的保护作用。
The pathological structures of the liver of aged and aged rats were compared, and the effect of vitamin E (VE) on the liver of aged rats was observed. The results showed that the aging liver sinusoids were significantly expanded, slightly loose arrangement of the liver cells, hepatic lobules around the central vein arranged in disorder of liver cells. Age-related changes in liver cells, including membrane degeneration, increased intracellular lipid droplets, organelles (such as mitochondria) the number of reduced and morphological changes. Aging of mitochondria is not synchronized, some of the first damaged. The age-related changes were mainly due to shorter ridges, vacuolization and rupture. The average area of mitochondria in 24-month-old group was 47.5% higher than that of 6-month-old control group, with an average number of 33.3% lower. Kupfer cells in the liver of old rats were more regular than those in the young group, with a slight decrease in the micro-feet and no obvious change in other age-related changes. VE pre-aging group of rats aging of the structure of the above age-related changes significantly reduced. It is suggested that the structure of liver changes obviously during the course of aging in rats, and VE has a significant protective effect on the structural changes during the process of liver aging.
