本文采用~3H-TNT标记化合物,通过离体皮肤实验模型,研究皮肤性状对TNT经皮肤渗透性的影响。结果表明,动物种属及皮肤部位均可影响TNT经皮肤的渗透作用;化学或机械的皮肤损伤均明显增加TNT的经皮渗透量和渗透速度。因此,在生产和使用TNT时,应教育工人保护皮肤,不宜使用有机溶刺洗手。
In this paper, ~ 3H-TNT labeled compounds were used to study the effects of skin traits on the transdermal permeability of TNT through the in vitro skin experimental model. The results showed that both animal species and skin sites could affect the transdermal penetration of TNT. Both chemical and mechanical skin damage significantly increased transdermal penetration and penetration rate of TNT. Therefore, in the production and use of TNT, educators should protect the skin should not be washed using organic thorn hands.
