我们只要冷静地分析世界及国内能源形势,避开行业利益观点和专家们本人业务范围内不自觉的偏爱倾向,就可以清楚地看出常规化石燃料——煤炭、石油、天然气的资源是不可再生的,即是有限的,仅能维持一次能源供应约200～300年之久。我吁请到会各级领导和广大的能源专家们认真地考虑一下问题的严重性,要注意积极发展新能源。现在先简要地把能源大国苏联和美国的情况介绍一下。
