目的:探讨喉癌中Caspase-3、bFGF的表达以及在新生血管生成过程中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测67例喉鳞状细胞癌组织和36例癌旁组织中Caspase-3和bFGF两种蛋白的表达情况,并用CD34标记并计数微血管密度(MVD)。结果:bFGF在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织,Caspase-3的表达低于癌旁组织(P<0.05);喉鳞状细胞癌组织中bFGF和Caspase-3的表达在不同分化程度之间、淋巴结有无转移及不同临床分期的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在不同临床分型、有无吸烟史、不同性别及年龄方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。bFGF与Caspase-3在喉癌组织中表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.523,P<0.05)。喉癌中MVD值明显大于喉癌旁黏膜(P<0.05),并与淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),与不同分化程度、不同临床分期、不同临床分型、有无吸烟史、不同性别及年龄方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。喉鳞状细胞癌组织中bFGF蛋白表达阳性组MVD值,显著高于bFGF阴性表达组MVD值(P<0.05)。Caspase-3蛋白表达阴性组MVD与Caspase-3蛋白表达阳性组MVD值比较,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:bFGF和Caspase-3关系密切,二者在喉鳞状细胞癌的表达与喉癌的临床病理学特征密切相关,二者的检测将有助于喉癌的诊断、评估喉癌患者的恶性程度及预后。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Caspase-3 and bFGF in laryngeal carcinoma and its role in neovascularization. Methods: The expressions of caspase-3 and bFGF in 67 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 36 cases of para-cancerous tissue were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The expression of Caspase-3 and bFGF were detected by CD34, and the microvessel density (MVD) was counted. Results: The expression of bFGF in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in paracancerous tissues and the expression of Caspase-3 was lower than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.05). The MVD in laryngeal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05), and was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between different laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma in different clinical stages, clinical stage, smoking history, There was no significant difference in age and age (P> 0.05). The MVD value of bFGF protein positive group was significantly higher than that of bFGF negative expression group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the MVD of Caspase-3 protein expression-positive group and Caspase-3 protein expression (P> 0.05). Conclusion: There is a close relationship between bFGF and Caspase-3. The expression of bFGF and Caspase-3 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma is closely related to the clinicopathological features of laryngeal carcinoma. The detection of both of them will be helpful for the diagnosis of laryngeal carcinoma and evaluate the malignancy of laryngeal carcinoma Degree and prognosis.
