芳纶纤维的亲水性差、极易絮聚,对芳纶纤维抄纸带来很大的不利。本研究利用聚氧化乙烯(PEO)分散芳纶纤维,研究PEO用量、疏解转数大小对PEO分散效果的影响,并对PEO分散机理进行了初探。实验结果发现,在一定范围内,随着PEO用量的增加会显著提升芳纶纸各项性能,在PEO用量为0.5%时,成纸各项性能达到最佳。疏解转数大小对芳纶纤维的分散效果也有明显的影响,随着转数增大,纸页性能会明显上升,但并不是越大越好。
Kevlar fiber hydrophilic poor, extremely easy flocculation, Kevlar fiber paper brought great disadvantage. In this study, polyethylene oxide (PEO) was used to disperse aramid fibers. The effects of the amount of PEO and the number of revolutions on the dispersion of PEO were investigated. The PEO dispersion mechanism was also discussed. The experimental results showed that within a certain range, with the increase of PEO content, the performance of aramid paper can be significantly improved. When the content of PEO is 0.5%, the properties of the paper become the best. Spreading the size of the size of the dispersion of aramid fiber also have a significant impact on the dispersion, with the increase in the number of sheets, paper performance will be significantly increased, but not the bigger the better.
