甾体激素为最有效的避孕方法,但可引起代谢的改变,如蛋白合成、糖和脂质代谢改变,并可影响凝血因子。流行病学研究已确认动脉粥样硬化和血脂质、脂蛋白改变有阳性关系。以前认为这些代谢改变与 OC 中雌激素有关,目前认为孕激素与高密度脂蛋白(IIDL)下降有关,使之易患冠心病。Norplant(?)-2释放的左旋18甲(LNG)为一种具有雄激素活性的孕激素。妇女使用 Norplant-后HDLc 和低密度脂蛋白(LDLc)水平的改变有不一致的报道。甾体避孕药所致血脂质的改变,不同人种间也有不同结果。因此作者测定用Norplant(?)-2妇女从埋植后3个月直至2年血
Steroid hormones are the most effective contraceptive methods, but can cause metabolic changes such as protein synthesis, changes in sugar and lipid metabolism, and can affect clotting factors. Epidemiological studies have confirmed that atherosclerosis and blood lipids, lipoprotein changes have a positive relationship. It was previously thought that these metabolic changes were associated with estrogen in OC, and that progesterone is currently associated with a decrease in high-density lipoprotein (IIDL), making it predisposed to coronary heart disease.
