文献报告红白血病是以异常幼红细胞和原粒(单)+早幼粒(单)为改变。本文二例中,除红系异常改变外,粒系以异常中幼粒为主,中幼粒核浆发育不平衡,浆老核幼,呈典型的亚急性粒细胞为主的红白血病改变,建议:粒系中以异常中幼粒细胞为主的红白血病为红白血病亚型-一红亚急性粒细胞白血病。疗效判断CR:原粒Ⅰ+Ⅱ型≤0.05,中幼粒细胞比例在正常范围内,红系原+幼红以及比例基本正常。
The literature reports that erythroleukemia is altered by abnormal erythroblasts and granules (single) + promyelocytic (single). In the two cases of this article, with the exception of the abnormal erythroid lineage, the granular system was dominated by abnormal medium-sized and young granules. The development of the nucleus pulposus was unbalanced and the old plasm of the pulp was young, showing a typical subacute granulocyte-based erythroleukemia change. It is suggested that erythroleukemia, which is mainly aberrant myeloblasts in the granular system, is erythroleukemia subtype, ie, red sub-acute acute myelogenous leukemia. The curative effect was judged as CR: the proportion of myeloid type I+II was less than or equal to 0.05, the proportion of myelocytes was within the normal range, and the proportion of primary erythroid and juvenile red was almost normal.
