从煤炭企业基层管理现状出发,通过研究企业基层组织现状和存在的问题,分析并提出构建“三横五纵”管理体系,创建“12335”团队建设模式,建立五型管理层级,采用ABC三级评价方式等举措,按照分级管理、评级考核、责任落实等方式,促使员工提高工作积极性,提高各级管理人员责任心,最终提高团队执行力、向心力,达到提升煤炭企业竞争力的预期目标。 Based on the status quo of grassroots management in coal enterprises, this paper analyzes and proposes the management system of “three horizontal and five verticals”, establishes “12335” team building mode and establishes five types of management levels by studying the current situation and existing problems of enterprise grassroots organizations. Adopt ABC three-level evaluation methods and other measures, according to the grading management, grading assessment, responsibility implementation, etc., to encourage employees to improve their work enthusiasm, improve the sense of responsibility of managers at all levels, and ultimately improve team execution, solidarity, to enhance the competitiveness of coal enterprises Expected goals.
