Once upon a time*, a flock* of birds lived in a big tree. A fox passed* the tree every day.
　　从前，一棵大树上住着一群小鸟。一只狐狸每天都经过树下。
　　One day, the fox walked around* the tree. He wanted to climb up the tree, but he couldn’t. Then he lay down* on the ground.
　　一天，狐狸绕着树走了几圈。他想爬上树去，可他爬不上去。于是他躺到了地上。
　　But the birds were not tricked*. They watched the fox all the time*.
　　但小鸟们没有上当，他们一直在注视着狐狸。
　　After a long time, the poor birds were very tired. Some of them were dizzy* and fell down from the tree.
　　时间一长，这些可怜的小鸟都很累了。一些小鸟头晕目眩，就从树上掉了下来。
　　So the fox caught those birds and ran home happily.
　　于是狐狸把那些小鸟逮住，高兴地回家了。
