目的:以Perkin反应为机理制备肉桂酸,提高其产率。方法用苯甲醛和乙醋酐为原料,以无水碳酸钾为催化剂其摩尔比为n(苯甲醛):n(乙醋酐):n(无水碳酸钾)=1:3:3,在无水碳酸钾用量为3.0g,反应时间1h,反应温度160°C的条件下进行实验。结果以无水碳酸钾为催化剂的最佳反应条件是:无水碳酸钾用量为3.0 g,反应时间1h,反应温度160℃,苯甲醛0.03 mol,苯甲醛与醋酐的摩尔比1:3。最佳合成条件下肉桂酸产率达61.36%。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare cinnamic acid by Perkin reaction mechanism to improve its yield. Methods Benzaldehyde and acetic anhydride were used as raw materials and anhydrous potassium carbonate was used as catalyst. The molar ratio of n (benzaldehyde): n (acetic anhydride): n (anhydrous potassium carbonate) = 1: 3: Anhydrous potassium carbonate dosage 3.0g, the reaction time 1h, the reaction temperature 160 ° C under the conditions of the experiment. Results The optimal reaction conditions were potassium carbonate anhydrous 3.0 g, reaction time 1 h, reaction temperature 160 ℃, benzaldehyde 0.03 mol and the molar ratio of benzaldehyde and acetic anhydride 1: 3. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of cinnamic acid reached 61.36%.
