针对内齿轮成形磨削的技术难点,研究了内齿轮成形磨削的砂轮修形方法。在建立内齿轮成形磨削数学模型的基础上,推导了内齿轮成形磨削砂轮廓形和修形轨迹的坐标计算公式。基于VC++6.0编制内齿轮砂轮修形软件,输出数控砂轮修整程序。最后通过软件实例,验证了理论的正确性和软件的可行性。
Aiming at the technical difficulties of the internal gear forming grinding, the grinding wheel dressing method of the internal gear forming grinding is studied. Based on the establishment of mathematical model of internal gear forming grinding, the formula for calculating the coordinate of grinding wheel profile and shape trajectory of internal gear forming is deduced. Based on the preparation of VC ++ 6.0 internal gear dressing software, output CNC grinding wheel dressing procedures. Finally, through software examples, the correctness of the theory and the feasibility of the software are verified.
