目的：研究Ｃ—ｅｒｂＢ—２癌基因激活在乳腺癌发病及生物学行为诸方面的作用。方法：用免疫组化ＳＡＢＣ法检测了４８例乳腺癌及其癌前病变中Ｃ—ｅｒｂＢ—２癌蛋白的表达。结果：Ｃ—ｅｒｂＢ—２癌蛋白的表达在乳腺癌与乳腺囊肿病之间以及不同类型乳腺癌之间差异显著，而与淋巴结转移与否无明显相关性。结论：Ｃ—ｅｒｂＢ—２过表达可能发生在乳腺癌变之后和淋巴结转移之前，在乳腺癌分类诊断上有参考价值。
Objective: To study the role of C-erbB-2 oncogene activation in the pathogenesis and biological behavior of breast cancer. Methods: The expression of C-erbB-2 oncoprotein in 48 cases of breast cancer and its precancerous lesions was detected by immunohistochemical SABC method. RESULTS: The expression of C-erbB-2 oncoprotein was significantly different between breast cancer and breast cyst disease and different types of breast cancer, but there was no significant correlation with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: C-erbB-2 overexpression may occur after breast cancer metastasis and before lymph node metastasis, which has a reference value in the classification and diagnosis of breast cancer.
