目的:通过对门诊电子处方的审核,分析处方质量与合理用药情况。方法:随机抽查2008年1—6月间电子处方5000张,并按《处方管理办法》及合理用药等进行统计与分析。结果:5000张电子处方中不合理处方462张(9.24%),其中处方前记122张,处方正文304张,处方后记36张。结论:不合理处方原因分析,完善电子处方系统,加强临床医生及药师的责任感,制定相应措施,提高处方质量,确保患者用药安全、有效、经济、合理。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the quality of prescriptions and the rational use of drugs through the examination of outpatient electronic prescriptions. Methods: A random sample of 5,000 electronical prescriptions from January to June in 2008 was collected and analyzed according to “prescription management approach” and rational use of drugs. Results: Of the 5,000 electronic prescriptions, 462 (9.24%) were unreasonable prescriptions, of which 122 were pre-prescriptions, 304 prescriptions and 36 post-prescriptions. Conclusion: Analysis of unreasonable prescriptions, improve the electronic prescription system, enhance the sense of responsibility of clinicians and pharmacists, and formulate appropriate measures to improve the quality of prescriptions to ensure that patients medication safe, effective, economical and reasonable.
