光度法是测定痕量金的重要手段之一。专著对六十年代在这方面的进展作了全面的评述;本年代平均每年有十多篇文献发表。在至今出现的几十种显色方法中,绝大多数是萃取光度法,水相显色甚少,其中比较重要的有N,N,N’,N’-四甲基-邻-联甲苯胺(Tetron),罗丹宁以及硫代米蚩酮等法。也有利用三苯甲烷染料的还原型如隐色孔雀绿与金(111)
Spectrophotometry is one of the important methods for the determination of trace gold. Monographs made a comprehensive review of progress made in this area in the 1960s; on average, more than a dozen articles have been published each year. Among the dozens of colorimetric methods that have appeared so far, most of them are extraction spectrophotometry with little color development in the water phase. Among them, N, N, N ’, N’-tetramethyl-o- Aniline (Tetron), rhodanine and thiomoketan and the like.
