高位胃溃疡是指贲门以下、胃底、胃体小弯垂直部上1/2处的消化性溃疡。该部位的溃疡诊断比较困难,一般X线钡餐检查容易漏诊。我院1982～1991年经胃镜诊断消化性溃疡950例,现将其中经病理证实的高位胃溃疡54例总结分析如下。
High gastric ulcer refers to the following cardia, gastric fundus, gastric curvature of the Ministry of vertical bend on the peptic ulcer 1/2. The site of the ulcer diagnosis is more difficult, the general barium meal X-ray examination easily missed. Our hospital from 1982 to 1991 by gastroscopy in the diagnosis of peptic ulcer in 950 cases, of which pathologically confirmed high gastric ulcer in 54 cases are summarized as follows.
