EPC工程总承包模式是指业主将设计与施工全部委托给一家公司来完成的工程项目管理模式,它具有业主易于管理等优势,同时也存在机制不完善等现实问题。该文阐述EPC工程总承包模式的内涵、特征、优势、难点,可能存在的风险等以及如何对这些问题进行预防与控制,以期对目前工程项目管理有所启迪。 EPC project contracting model refers to the owner of the design and construction of all entrusted to a company to complete the project management model, it has the owner easy to manage and other advantages, but there are also practical mechanisms such as the imperfections. This paper expounds the connotation, characteristics, advantages, difficulties, possible risks and so on of the EPC general contracting mode as well as how to prevent and control these problems, with a view to enlightenment to the current project management.
