研究了一种测量高温流化床内水平埋管局部瞬态换热系数的热流计。其原理是在康铜基体上镀一层铜膜,从而形成一个铜-康铜表面薄膜热电偶,通过测定水平埋管表面的瞬时温度来计算出瞬态换热系数。研究结果表明,本热流计有着良好的动态特性。
A heat flow meter for measuring local transient heat transfer coefficient of horizontal buried pipe in high temperature fluidized bed was studied. The principle is that a copper film is coated on the substrate of the corundum so as to form a thin copper-copper surface thermocouple. The transient heat transfer coefficient is calculated by measuring the instantaneous temperature of the surface of the horizontal buried pipe. The results show that the heat flow meter has good dynamic characteristics.
