目的探讨体育运动、下体负压及二者联合锻炼对相关血液指标的影响,为发展旨在提高疗养飞行员抗荷耐力的专项抗荷生理训练方案提供实验依据。方法 24名健康男性志愿者,随机平均分为3组,即体育锻炼组(EX),下体负压训练组(LBNP)及体育锻炼联合下体负压训练组(EX+LBNP),每组8人。EX组每天进行1h下肢爆发力及肌静力训练,LBNP组每天于45°~75°头高位进行-50mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)下体负压训练,持续10min。EX+LBNP组训练内容为上述两组训练内容总和,训练为期两周。训练前后采静脉血检测血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb),肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK),血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN),睾酮(testosterone,T),皮质醇(cortisol,Cor)及T/C等血液参数的变化。结果①EX组Hb及Cor较锻炼前显著降低。②LBNP组CK较锻炼前显著降低。③EX+LBNP组Hb、BUN、Cor较锻炼前显著降低,T/C比值则显著升高。结论体育锻炼、下体负压训练及二者联合锻炼对血Hb、CK、BUN、T、Cor及T/C比值影响不一,但影响显著,体育锻炼联合下体负压训练可以作为提高疗养飞行员抗荷耐力的专项航空生理训练方案的备选方案。
Objective To explore the influence of physical exercise, lower body negative pressure and their joint exercise on relevant blood indexes, and provide experimental basis for the development of special anti-stress physiological training programs aimed at improving the anti-endurance of recuperation pilots. Methods Twenty-four healthy male volunteers were randomly divided into three groups: EX, LBNP and EX + LBNP, with 8 in each group . The EX group was subjected to 1 h lower limbs explosive force and muscle static training every day. The LBNP group was subjected to negative body pressure training of -50 mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa) daily for 45 min to 75 ° for 10 min. Conclusion Physical exercise, lower body negative pressure training and the combination of the two have different effects on the blood Hb, CK, BUN, T, Cor and T / C ratio, but the effect is significant.
