用人型PPD 试验,对15469 名官兵结核菌感染情况进行了调查。结果PPD 总阳性率为34-31 % , 强阳性率为3-21 % ,与1980 年该部普查结果( 62-34 % ) 相比下降了44-96 % 。在不同人群组成和不同驻地、不同任务的部队中,阳性率有较大差异。提示部队内部传染源、驻地疫情和训练强度是影响部队结核发病率上升的重要因素,应重点加强防治
With human PPD test, the investigation of 15469 cases of TB infection among officers and men. Results The overall positive rate of PPD was 34-31% and the strong positive rate was 3-21%, which was 44-96% lower than that of 1980 census (62-34%). In different groups of people and different stations, different tasks in the force, the positive rate is quite different. It is suggested that internal sources of infection, resident outbreaks and training intensity in the armed forces are important factors that affect the rising incidence of tuberculosis in the armed forces and should be given priority to prevention and control
