用氟(口派)啶醇治疗不同病因的舞蹈病15例,均获满意效果,现报告如下。临床资料本组女10例,男5例。5～12岁7例,13～16岁4例,19～35岁4例,就诊时病程1天～3个月(10天以下4例,11～20天6例,2个月3例,3个月2例),伴发热7例,关节痛4例,扁桃腺肿大2例,表现全身性舞蹈样运动11例、偏侧舞蹈样运动4例,伴构音障碍7例、吞咽困难4例,不能步行、生活不能自理4例,肢体肌张力减低10
