对一种用于舱外活动的相变储热 /辐射器式热沉进行了实验研究和数值模拟 .设计了相变储热器的实验件和实验方案 ,进行了储热器的冷却实验 .建立了具有导热与对流换热耦合边界的相变储热器数学模型 ,模型中考虑了自然对流及空穴的影响 .编制了相变储热器的性能分析计算程序 .通过实验值与计算值的比较分析 ,验证了程序的可靠性 .该模型及计算程序为相变储热器的设计和优化提供了有利的分析工具 .
An experimental study and numerical simulation of a phase change thermal storage / radiator heat sink for extracavity activities were carried out.Experimental parts and experimental schemes of phase change thermal storage were designed and the cooling experiments of the thermal storage were carried out. A mathematic model of phase change heat storage with coupled boundary of heat conduction and convection heat transfer was set up and the influence of natural convection and cavitation was taken into account in the model.The performance analysis and calculation program of phase change heat storage was made.According to the experimental and calculated values , The reliability of the program is verified.The model and the calculation program provide favorable analysis tools for the design and optimization of phase change thermal storage.
