目的探讨颞蒂耳后皮瓣修复耳、面部组织缺损的效果。方法 2000年2月～2009年8月将颞蒂耳后皮瓣用于耳严重撕脱伤的回植、面部较大软组织缺损的修复。结果共25例颞蒂耳后皮瓣均一期存活,外观满意。结论颞蒂耳后皮瓣在耳、面部组织修复中简单、易行、美观。
Objective To investigate the effect of repairing ear and facial tissue defects with temporal pedicle flap. Methods From February 2000 to August 2009, the temporal pedicle flap was used for the replantation of severe avulsion of the ear and the repair of large soft tissue defects on the face. Results A total of 25 cases of temporomandibular fossa flaps survived in one phase with satisfactory appearance. Conclusion The temporal pedicle flap is simple, easy and beautiful in the repair of ear and facial tissue.
