我国建筑行业市场化运作已近20年,建筑产业已成为国民经济的支柱产业之一,取得了举世瞩目的辉煌成就。随着我国社会、经济的飞速发展,建筑行业的用工数量逐年增加,随之而来的一些矛盾冲突逐渐显露,建筑施工企业对从业人员(特别是现场操作工人)素质的要求一再降低,用工成本只升不降,违章操作引发的工程质量安全事故频出,压缩了建筑施工企业的利润空间,短期利益的过度追求和可持续发展观的动摇已成为中小型建筑施工企业的顽疾。针对以上现状提出了几点看法,仅供参考。
