目的:比较临床常用的复合树脂(AP-X,Z250,Z350),在温度循环老化实验后抛光面粗糙度变化。方法:3种复合树脂(AP-X、Z250和Z350)制备8 mm×8 mm×4 mm样块,用3M Sof-Lex抛光彩碟研磨和抛光,经水浸泡及5/55℃冷热循环10000及20000次后,测量比较复合树脂样块的表面粗糙值(Ra)变化。结果:10000次温度循环后,Z250的Ra值由基线(0.173±0.035)μm下降至(0.158±0.045)μm(P=0.020)。20000次循环后,Z250的Ra值进一步下降至(0.141±0.034)μm与基线比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);AP-X和Z350的Ra值亦有下降趋势,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复合树脂经温度循环后可能出现二次被动抛光现象。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the changes of the roughness of polished surface after the temperature cycling aging experiment, comparing with the commonly used composite resins (AP-X, Z250, Z350). Methods: 8 mm × 8 mm × 4 mm specimens were prepared from three composite resins (AP-X, Z250 and Z350), polished and polished with 3M Sof-Lex polishing discs, immersed in water and circulated at 5/55 ℃ After 10,000 and 20,000 cycles, the change in the surface roughness (Ra) of the composite resin sample was measured. Results: After 10000 temperature cycles, the Ra of Z250 decreased from baseline (0.173 ± 0.035) μm to (0.158 ± 0.045) μm (P = 0.020). After 20000 cycles, the Ra value of Z250 further decreased to (0.141 ± 0.034) μm and the baseline difference was statistically significant (P <0.001); the Ra values of AP-X and Z350 also showed a downward trend with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The composite resin may undergo the phenomenon of second passive polishing after temperature cycling.
