存硒的生物化学作用被逐渐认识的今天,要求提供精确的分析数据。由于经典的萤光光度法测定硒,条件比较苛刻,本文采用氢化物发生原子吸收法测定了人体全血、头发样品中硒的含量。在确定了仪器的最佳工作条件的基础上,着重研究了测定全血、头发试样中硒的前处理方法及干扰试验。本法相对标准偏差小于5.0%,标准加入回收率在95.7~102%之间,适用于开展流行病学调查和临床分析的研究。
The biochemical role of selenium is being recognized today and demands accurate analytical data. As the classical fluorescence spectrophotometric determination of selenium, the conditions are harsh, this paper used hydride Atomic Absorption Determination of human whole blood, hair samples of selenium content. On the basis of determining the optimum working conditions of the instrument, the pretreatment methods and interference tests of selenium in whole blood and hair samples were emphatically studied. The relative standard deviation of this method is less than 5.0%, and the standard recovery rate is between 95.7% and 102%. It is suitable for conducting epidemiological investigation and clinical analysis.
