针对目前的专利检索系统创新设计的需求,本文把TRIZ理论中的一些先进原理和方法应用于现有的专利检索系统当中,通过分析专利文献中隐含的创新点,提出一种基于TRIZ理论的专利检索系统模型。之后,文章以TRIZ理论中的冲突矩阵理论为依据,开发完成了建立在发明原理和工程参数基础之上的专利检索系统,应用该系统可以更有效的帮助用户获得对产品创新有用的专利参考方案。
In view of the current demand for innovative design of patent search system, this paper applies some advanced principles and methods of TRIZ theory to the existing patent search system. By analyzing the innovative points implied in the patent literature, this paper proposes a method based on TRIZ theory Patent Retrieval System Model. Afterwards, based on the theory of conflict matrix in TRIZ theory, this paper developed and completed a patent retrieval system based on the principle of invention and engineering parameters. The application of this system can more effectively help users obtain the patent reference scheme that is useful for product innovation .
