港区内航道通过能力是港口规划与管理分析的重要内容。在分析船舶、锚地、航道、泊位以及天气和潮汐等港区通航系统影响因素的基础上,建立了基于随机Petri网的港区航道系统综合通过能力仿真模型,包括船舶到港锚地等待子系统、船舶进港子系统、船舶泊位作业子系统及船舶出港子系统,探讨了船舶等待,通航与泊位作业的仿真建模处理,分析了其eM-Plant仿真系统的实现方法。针对我国南方某港区航道系统建立了仿真实验系统并进行仿真实验,实验结果表明模型能够有效仿真分析航道网络系统的通过能力,为港区规划设计与管理提供依据。
The capacity of the navigation channel in the port area is an important part of port planning and management analysis. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the navigation system of ships, anchorages, waterways, berths and weather and tidal ports, the paper builds a comprehensive traffic capacity simulation model based on stochastic Petri nets, Ship entry subsystem, ship berth operation subsystem and ship departure subsystem. The simulation modeling of ship waiting, navigation and berth operation is discussed. The realization method of its eM-Plant simulation system is analyzed. A simulation experiment system was established and simulated for a port system in southern China. The experimental results show that the model can effectively simulate the passage capacity of the channel network system and provide the basis for the planning and design of the port area.
