本文运用群落生态学的研究方法,研究了转Bt(Bacilusthuringiensis)基因棉在麦套夏播、麦套春播和单作三种种植条件下对昆虫群落的影响。结果表明,无论何种种植方式的棉田,棉铃虫均不再是主要害虫,而棉叶螨、棉蚜和棉蓟马上升为主要害虫,主要天敌的种类变化不大;三种种植方式以麦套春播棉田昆虫群落的稳定性最好,单作春棉次之,麦套夏棉稳定性最差。
In this paper, using the method of community ecology, the effects of transgenic Bt (Bacillus thuringiensis) cotton on insect communities under three conditions of summer wheat sowing, wheat sowing and single sowing were studied. The results showed that cotton bollworm was no longer a major pest in cotton fields regardless of the cropping patterns, while cotton spider mites, cotton aphids and cotton thrips rose to the main pests and the main natural enemies did not change much.
