应用三维颗粒动态分析仪 (3D- PDA)对方形旋风分离器内的两相流场进行测试 ,得到了颗粒密度和粒径的分布 ,在 1/2进口高度的截面上 ,正对着分离器进口的右前角处颗粒的粒径明显大于其他地方的颗粒。在分离器中部的截面上 ,颗粒粒径分布差别不大 ,但是在分离器的左前角附近颗粒密度稍微高一些 ,而在右前角附近的颗粒密度较低。颗粒密度分布的差别和脉动速度的分布正好相反
The three-dimensional particle dynamics analyzer (3D-PDA) was used to test the two-phase flow field in a square cyclone. The distribution of particle density and particle size was obtained. At the cross section of 1/2 inlet height, Imported right anterior horn at the particle size was significantly greater than the particles elsewhere. Particle size distribution is not significantly different across the middle section of the separator, but the particle density is slightly higher near the left anterior horn of the separator while the particle density is lower near the right anterior horn. The difference in particle density distribution and the distribution of pulsation velocity are just the opposite
