(A) Introduction Preservation of blood to clinical applications, as early as the First World War has already begun. Later, scholars from all over the world competed to study and create various blood preservation solutions to prolong the effective time of blood. This has opened up a powerful impetus to the treatment of blood transfusions and resulted in the organization of today’s “blood banks.” In particular, war wounds medical treatment, but also become an essential and effective treatment. Glucose solution is claimed to be effective by Bogdanou (1934) Ginzburg (1934); Takaoka (1940) has determined that 1/3 of the amount added to the blood with 5% glucose solution is the best; however, Levinson (1934) 1940) said sucrose solution is more effective than glucose solution. In order to confirm this point, I have made the following tests and achievements, especially for your reference.
