用液性介质定心夹紧机构夹紧薄壁套类工件精密加工时,为消除或减小夹紧变形的加工误差,对加工尺寸公差带作必要修正。以外胀式套简夹紧机构为例。分析如下: 设液性介质无压力时夹具套筒外壁与工件孔壁之间存在径向间隙△_0(mm),如图1所示。当液性介质达到工作压力P(MPa)时,若夹具套筒不受工件孔壁约束自由扩张,它的直径将产生扩张量△_m(mm)。实际上由于工件孔壁之限制,套筒直径真实扩张量为△c(△)_0<△c<△_m)。这相当于夹具套筒与工件形成过盈配合,过盈量为(△_m-△_0)。假设夹具套筒及工件皆为简单的薄壁圆筒形状,且两端固定形式对其径向
With the liquid medium centering clamping mechanism clamping thin-walled class workpieces precision machining, in order to eliminate or reduce the processing of clamping deformation error, the processing of size tolerance band necessary amendments. Take the expansion of a simple clamping mechanism as an example.
