用FⅧ相关抗原免疫组化染色观察48例肾细胞癌组织内微血管的四种类型(即包绕型、乳头轴心分布型、海绵样腔隙型及弥漫裂隙型)的分布,并对其进行定量分析。结果表明:随着组织学分级的增高微血管密度增加(P<0.01),且在组织学Ⅰ级中无弥漫裂隙型分布,而在Ⅲ级中则均为弥漫裂隙型分布。同时结果还提示,肾细胞癌微血管的密度及弥漫裂隙型分布与肾细胞癌其它脏器的血行转移关系密切。
FⅧ-associated antigen immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the distribution of four types of microvessels in 48 cases of renal cell carcinoma (ie, wrapping type, axial distribution of papillae, sponge-like cavity type and diffuse fissure type), and their distribution Quantitative analysis. The results showed that as the histological grade increased, the density of microvessels increased (P <0.01), and there was no diffuse fissure type distribution in histological grade Ⅰ, but diffuse fissure type distribution in grade Ⅲ.
