目的:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析国产番泻叶中挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取番泻叶中挥发油,通过GC-MS对挥发油的化学成分进行分析鉴定。结果:采用面积归一化法对挥发油的化学成分进行定量分析,共鉴定出21种化合物,占挥发油总量的66.996%。主要成分为法尼基丙酮(16.322%),植物醇(13.022%),角鲨烯(6.864%),6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮(6.672%),丹皮酚(5.995%)。结论:该研究结果为国产番泻叶的进一步开发利用提供了可靠的实验数据及理论依据。
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil in domestic senna by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods: Volatile oil from senna was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of volatile oil were identified by GC-MS. Results: The chemical constituents of volatile oil were quantitatively analyzed by area normalization method. A total of 21 compounds were identified, accounting for 66.996% of the total volatile oil. The main components were farnesyl acetone (16.322%), phytol (13.022%), squalene (6.864%), 6,10,14-trimethyl- Phenol (5.995%). Conclusion: The results of this study provide reliable experimental data and theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of domestic senna.
