慢性肥大性骨关节病临床上比较罕见,多半合并有肺部、胸膜及肠道的疾患,本例所报导的慢性肥大性骨关节病发生在食道癌的病人。病例:余××,女,42岁,农民。因双膝关节肿痛一年,伴头昏、浮肿三月。于1979年3月17日入院。患者于一年前劳累后感双膝关节肿痛,伴全身肌肉痠痛,自下往上蔓延水肿。三月来双膝关节剧痛,伴双腕、肘关节肿痛,指及趾端肥大,但无疼痛感,我院门诊以贫血待查收治。 Chronic hypertrophic osteoarthropathy clinically rare, most with lung, pleural and intestinal disorders, reported in this case of chronic hypertrophic osteoarthritis in esophageal cancer patients. Case: Yu XX, female, 42 years old, farmer. Because of a year of swelling and pain in knees, accompanied by dizziness, edema in March. On March 17, 1979 admitted. Patients tired after a year ago feeling double knee joint swelling and pain, with the whole body muscle soreness, spreading from bottom to top edema. March knees severe pain, with double wrist, elbow swelling and pain, refers to the toe hypertrophy, but no pain, our hospital outpatient treatment of anemia pending investigation.
