一、领导干部自身素质存在的主要问题干部干事关键在于想干事、能干事、干成事。崇高的理想信念始终是干部干事创业、奋发进取的精神动力;只有提高工作本领和水平,才能真正成为业务工作的能手、善解难题的高手、促进发展的强手,才能称得上是高素质的执政骨干。目前,领导干部工作能力方面普遍存在的问题和不足主要表现在以下几个方面:创新能力差,组织协调和交流
I. The Major Problems Existing in the Leading Cadres’ Own Quality The key to cadre officers lies in wanting cadres and capable cadres to accomplish their task. Lofty ideals and beliefs have always been the spiritual motivation for cadres and staffs to start their own businesses and forge ahead with enterprising spirit. Only by improving their work skills and standards can they truly become masters of business work, masters of problem solving and strong hands for development, so that they can be regarded as high-quality Governing backbone.
