拔牙后,剩余牙槽嵴的吸收已被证实是不可避免的。通过拔牙位点保存减少牙槽骨及软组织的吸收,是目前研究的热点。作为拔牙位点保存中重要的步骤之一,封闭牙槽窝能保证牙槽窝内骨形成的环境、改善软组织的萎缩。本文就拔牙位点保存的意义及目前最常用的封闭牙槽窝的方法作一综述。
