针对煤矿开采过程中的高温热害,提出了利用阻热材料隔断热源的方法。将新型保温阻热材料与混凝土进行配比,得到保温阻热混凝土。研究表明:深井巷道围岩保温阻热材料可显著提高巷道的阻热效果,保温阻热混凝土的抗压强度在14.7~26.7 MPa,符合巷道喷射混凝土构件的承重要求,平均导热系数为0.276 35 W/(m·K),达到了深井巷道的隔热要求。
In view of the high temperature thermal damage in the process of coal mining, a method of using the heat blocking material to cut off the heat source is proposed. The new thermal insulation materials and concrete were ratio, get thermal insulation concrete. The research shows that the heat insulation material of surrounding rock of deep tunnel can significantly improve the heat insulation effect of tunnel. The compressive strength of thermal insulation concrete is 14.7 ~ 26.7 MPa, which is in line with the load-bearing requirement of shotcrete. The average thermal conductivity is 0.276 35 W / (m · K), to meet the deep tunnel insulation requirements.
