本实验研究了 6 32 .8nm的He_Ne激光照射兔动脉和静脉组织的散射光能量场的空间分布规律。并对动、静脉组织的漫反射光能量场的分布规律以及总散射光能量和血管组织的吸收比作了定量研究和对照分析。其结果对激光应用于血管内照射治疗心、脑血管疾病以及无损伤激光血管内光疗等弱激光的临床应用提供了有益的参考数据。
In this experiment, the spatial distribution of the scattered light energy field in rabbit arterial and venous tissues irradiated by 632.8 nm He_Ne laser was studied. The distribution law of the energy field of diffusely reflected light of the arterial and venous tissues as well as the energy of the total scattered light and the absorption ratio of the vascular tissue were quantitatively analyzed and compared. The results provide useful reference data for the clinical application of laser in the treatment of heart and cerebrovascular diseases by endovascular irradiation, as well as weak laser such as non-invasive laser endovascular phototherapy.
