在开放式网络环境下,知识获取渠道增多,高校知识共享变得更加容易。但知识共享并不能自动实现,也不会轻而易举就产生。文章从微观层次,基于自我决定理论,深入挖掘围绕高校个体知识共享的统计特征,分析在开放式网络环境下影响其知识共享意愿的主要因素,构建模型并进行实证研究。以上海市内三所重点高校为样本进行调研并运用结构方程模型对假设进行了检验和修正。研究结果表明:网络知识的满足度可以促进高校成员知识共享的自主性,进而增强其知识共享的意愿。最后,从人类动力学角度,提出了在现代开放式网络环境下提高高校知识共享意愿的策略及建议。
In an open network environment, knowledge acquisition channels increase, college knowledge sharing easier. However, knowledge sharing does not happen automatically and it does not happen easily. Based on the theory of self-determination, the article explores the statistical characteristics of individual knowledge sharing around the university from the micro-level and analyzes the main factors that affect the willingness to share knowledge in the open network environment. The model is constructed and the empirical research is conducted. Taking the three key universities in Shanghai as examples, the hypothesis was tested and corrected by the structural equation model. The results show that the satisfaction of the network knowledge can promote the autonomy of university members’ knowledge sharing and enhance their willingness to share knowledge. Finally, from the perspective of human dynamics, this paper puts forward some strategies and suggestions to improve the willingness of university students to share knowledge in modern open network environment.
