笔者对苯乙烯(st)与具有低极限温度(T_c)的α-亚甲基-δ-戊内酯(MVL)的共聚反应进行了研究。共聚反应在二甲基甲酰胺中进行,温度45~65℃,采用偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂。实验数据分别用Mayo-Lewis,Lowry Case Ⅰ和Lowry Case Ⅱ等三个方程处理,结果表明,Mayo-Lewis方程最适于描述共聚过程。本共聚反应中的降解逆反应并不是重要的,这可能是MVL结构单元在共聚体中的平均序列长度不高的缘故,短的序列长度具有较高的聚合热,因而聚合极限温度大于高分子量的均聚物的聚合极限温度。
The author studied the copolymerization of styrene (st) with α-methylene-δ-valerolactone (MVL) with lower limit temperature (T_c). The copolymerization was carried out in dimethylformamide at 45-65 ° C using azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator. The experimental data are respectively processed by three equations: Mayo-Lewis, Lowry Case Ⅰ and Lowry Case Ⅱ. The results show that the Mayo-Lewis equation is the most suitable for describing the copolymerization process. The reverse reaction of degradation in this copolymerization reaction is not important, which may be due to the fact that the average length of the MVL building block in the interpolymer is not high, and the shorter sequence length has a higher heat of polymerization and hence the polymerization temperature is higher than the high molecular weight Polymerization temperature limit of homopolymer.
