柔性管理是基于对员工心理研究基础上采用的管理方法,相比较传统的刚性管理,其执行手段更加温和,能有助于调动员工积极性、创造良好工作环境,管理成效远好于刚性管理。图书馆日常管理过程中存在着诸多问题,如员工积极性低,人员素质参次不齐等,这些问题大多由于图书馆管理层采用传统刚性管理模式进行管理留下的。采用一定的柔性管理策略,通过刚柔结合,建立激励机制、培训机制来管理图书馆,可以在提高员工素质的同时,让图书馆运营更加高效。
Flexible management is based on the psychological management of employees based on the management approach used, compared to the traditional rigid management, its implementation is more gentle, can help to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff, create a good working environment, the management effectiveness is far better than the rigid management. There are many problems in the daily management of the library, such as the low enthusiasm of the staff and the poor quality of the staff, which are mostly left by the management of the library adopting the traditional rigid management mode. Adopting a certain flexible management strategy, through the combination of rigidness and flexibility, the establishment of incentive mechanism and training mechanism to manage the library can improve the quality of the staff and make the operation of the library more efficient.
