《北京城市总体规划(2004年-2020年)》将北京城市发展目标确定为“国家首都、世界城市、文化名城和宜居城市”。围绕首都城市新规划、产业发展新趋势的新要求,以筹办奥运为契机,2005年北京将于上半年启动《商业服务业迎奥运三年行动计划》,大力提升商业服务业整体水平。通过多层次、多样化、特色化经营,全年实现社会消费品零售额增长10%以上。而商业服务业的繁荣是建设国际化大都市的重要内容和标志。商业地产的国际化之路,才刚刚开始!
The Beijing Urban Master Plan (2004-2020) defines Beijing’s urban development as “a national capital, a world city, a cultural city and a livable city.” Around the new requirements of new planning and industrial development in the capital city and taking the opportunity of organizing the Olympics as a turning point, in 2005 Beijing will launch the “Three-year Action Plan for the Business Service Industry to Meet the Olympic Games” in the first half of the year and vigorously enhance the overall level of the commercial service industry. Through multi-level, diversified and distinctive operations, the retail sales of social consumer goods increased by more than 10% throughout the year. The prosperity of commercial service industry is an important content and symbol of building an international metropolis. Commercialization of the international road, has just begun!
