为研究级配碎石基层结构的防反射裂缝效果,从机理上分析具有级配碎石基层的半刚性基层沥青路面结构的防裂特性,利用商业有限元程序Abaqus,建立了20结点等参立方体单元的有限元模型,采用奇异等参元法及断裂力学理论,计算分析具有级配碎石基层的半刚性基层沥青路面反射裂缝的扩展规律,并按裂缝产生和裂缝扩展两阶段方法,计算预估其相应的疲劳寿命,研究表明级配碎石结构可提高沥青路面反射裂缝疲劳寿命,结论可为级配碎石结构的应用提供依据。
In order to study the anti-reflective crack effect of the graded basement structure, the anti-cracking property of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure with graded gravel base was analyzed mechanistically. With the commercial finite element program Abaqus, Based on the singular isoparametric element method and fracture mechanics theory, the finite element model of cube element is used to calculate the propagation law of reflective crack on semi-rigid base asphalt pavement with graded crushed stone base. According to the two-stage method of crack generation and crack propagation, Prediction of the corresponding fatigue life, studies have shown that graded gravel structure can improve the fatigue life of reflective cracking of asphalt pavement, the conclusion can provide a basis for the application of graded gravel structure.
